I've tried umpteen times to subscribe to the newsletter both through the Omega site and the app, and on all different platforms (Mac, iPad, iPhone etc) and every time I get to the page which says

THANK YOU, JUST ONE MORE STEP!

Please click on the link we have sent to the email address you provided to confirm your information and complete your subscription.

But the email never arrives. I check spam / junk folders just in case, but it just doesn't come. I've even contacted the Omega webmaster about it but got no reply. Has anyone else had this problem?
