Omega Movement for Ploprof

Good morning
I am new to this forum and am looking for advice on getting a replacement movement for my Ploprof.
Please can you advise me on what movement it uses .Also does any one have such a movement for sale ? TIA

If the current movement is original, a complete swap should be carefully considered as the movement serial will no longer match the case ref in the Omega archives.
At the very least try and salvage the serial bridge.

How do you know it needs a new movement if you don’t know what the current movement is - do you have a case/dial without movement?

There are some ugly looking De Villes powered by early Calibre 1000 series non-chronometer movements that can be used as parts donors, they’re watches that are never going to contribute anything to society anyway so giving their lives to save a PloProf is the best outcome really.

The ref 162.045 and 166.051 would be my two best candidates for sacrifice. Both have Cal 1002 and look like ass.

Just sold 2 serviced caliber 1002 movements only....... And what is it? You want to build a parts watch or your movement needs a repair?
