Hi there. I’m just wondering if any other of you guys have this watch? I’m looking into getting one just seeing what your thoughts are on it?
Had one for awhile. Nice watch, but the date/moonphase is very small. I also always wished that this one had hesalite instead. Ended up selling it. Good watch though!
I've had one six months. I agree about the date, it's almost impossible to read but the watch is a nice variation of a Speedmaster with manual wind, crystal case back, nice gold surrounds on the sub-dials and the moonphase looks really nice. I bought mine on the alligator strap but prefer it on a soft leather strap with contrasting blue stitching. A nice watch IMO
@Adamtrigg10 My favorite Speedy Pro. Only Pro with date. Beautiful display back. Little more formal dial. Uncommon. Discontinued. Increasing in cost to own. Id argue quite limited, but have asked Omega and Fratello Watches several times about how many made and nobody has responded. You will never have a problem getting a regular Speedy to add to this or replace. Get the Moonphase you will love it. I think Kringkily has a nice one listed now.
Always love a moon phase on a watch. I can't think of many practical uses for it but they look amazing.
Comes in quite handy in the world of hunting and fishing. I've often been tempted to put a Telemeter bezel on it and call it a Fishingmaster.
I've always loved moonsphase complications, but never owned one. Every time I look at one I get this internal conflict between the yen and yang of my personal "clean and simple" vs "complex and informative". I may need counseling to resolve this.
