I recently picked up an Omega Constellation Megaquartz 32 KHz (Caliber 1310) in what appears to be a solid 18k gold case, total weight is 32.3 grams. The case is hallmarked 18k, and the watch has a leather strap (likely aftermarket).

The watch seems smaller than the typical 36mm version - possibly a mid-size model.
