Hello OF members!

I could really need some help with this Omega Mark II.
To me everything looks good but i am a bit worried about the case. Do you think its overpolished? In my opinion its not but i would like to hear your expert opinion! Any other problems you see?

Looks like a lot of metal has been taken off to rebuild the sunburst finish? Look at the "thickness" of the chamfers and how high the crystal sticks out.
Totally changes the look and appeal, at least to me.
In comparison a quick shot from my MK 2.

Always good to compare at least two. I would always prefer a unpolished case with marks from wear over a prepped, recut, welded etc...this habit seems to have swapped over from the Rolex-World at some point..
You just dibs't a full set 😀

As stated above a lot of metal has been removed.

Also evident in the end view of the lugs.

Compare the case thickness in the two picture below.
