Omega lug broken

Hi,
Can anyone help give advice on how this could occur. I cleaned it in an ultrasonic and one lug just came off. Is this not an real omega case or where they just glued on? The other 3 are still attached. How can I repair this?

Find a local jewellery repairer (not a shop which will send it away) and they will probably be able to help

It appears that it was attached with some sort of adhesive. Without better photos, we can't determine if the case is legit.
