What size is that?

Assume the movement is 26.5mm and make some approximate measurements.

That's a decent size. I like yours, just nice enough to wear. All of those hands look original, as well, which is a definite bonus.

Alas, no case number to use in searches.

Measure the distance between the lugs, that's old enough it might be sized in fractions of an inch instead of milimeters.

That is the case serial number. Unfortunately we can't correlate that with anything.

Nearly all, but certainly not every, Omega watch has a case number that identifies it to the factory and anyone else interested. However, yours does not.

20mm is quite interesting of a size for the strap. Just about anything you can find should fit.

In general, as long as you don't drop it, that's not an issue. I have plenty without and never an issue in more than 30 years.
