Omega Honeycomb 2307 Cal 269, original dial? I need advice before buy it

Im interested to buy a Honeybomd omega dial. I found it from a traditional seller of vintage watches. It seems beatiful but I would like to hear from OF community ifi there are some attention points (redial, hands, movement)…

Its 2307 in a 269 caliber.
The seller said the red star is regarding Tendington era.

Argentina, I assume. Could be legit, but in poor condition with some replacement parts and the serial number is damaged. The value is in the gold.
