It's early days, and I have only made a short trial on it, but so far I like the US Holzer very much. It's comfortable, looks great, and has a nice vintage feel to it. I believe it may well become my default Summer choice for my 145.022-69 Speedy. Kudos for resurrecting the design!

It’s now the only bracelet I wear on my Watchco 300

Hoping to revive this old post to ask, can anyone shed some light on whether these braclets were produced in two styles, one being with polished small links and the other being all brushed, or do we think it was only offered with polished small links and that all brushed examples have been refinished?

Love these holzer bracelets! So just to confirm, was there consensus whether the original Omega version had the alternating polished beads? I've been through a number of online resources and the finish seems to vary across Omega examples - although of course that could just be the polish degrading over decades of use...

Keen to buy one of the uncle seiko versions but really torn about the finish options!
Still looking for an answer to this question myself, did you get anywhere re: a consensus??

I think the original had the polished small links as shown in my earlier posts. I believe others have attained the all brushed look through wear, but it is hard to prove that.

They came with both options, same with the flatlink. Are they not on his website anymore?

Oh- you were talking about the originals- lol!! I have never seen an all brushed original- always has the polished center links but they are usually so micro-scratched and worn it’s hard to tell

When it comes to the original, all the ones I've seen so far came with polished narrow center links.
