More than one picture would be needed to determine more about it. Not to mention pictures of the inside of the watch, the movement has its caliber designation and its serial number engraved on it. The case back(on the inside) should have an Omega hallmark and more numbers that are needed to determine more. Outwardly, you have an Omega Geneve which supposedly houses and automatic movement(self winding) . Dial looks ok to my uneducated eyes and depending on the information you give us, may be worth something. As rust is showing on the lower spring bar, I would be interested to see if the rest of the watch is affected. But please read the "sticky" at the top. It will let you know what information is needed to make a educated decision about this piece. More pictures and information, bring more responses. Also, please search Omega Genenve and see what pops up. Do a little more research and by than, more people should chime in.
