Hello fellow Omega enthusiasts!
I am so happy to have found this site.
Being a huge Star Wars fun I miss so much
the great Chronomaddox page and all the beautiful
Star Wars nicknames he gave for some legendary
and rare Omega pieces.
Long story short I bought this Omega Geneve ref. 166.0164 from online. As soon as I had it in my hand
I started to see some familiar shape in my eyes.
I knew it reminded me of some form I have seen in
my favourite movies. Then it struck me it was the
legendary Airspeeder that Luke used in the opening sequence of the movie Empire Strikes back.
The dial of my 166.0164 has this magnificent dark violet colour so of course being Star Wars freak that
colour screams Dark Side and Sith to me so I would
take the liberty to call this exact 166.0164 a
Dark Side Airspeeder.
No offence to anyone and just for fun so be gentle
and let’s enjoy Omega and Star Wars and the
natural link that has born without any effort from
the companies.
