i want to replace my omega geneve 166.0169 crystal. does anyone know about the part number of the crystal or crystal replacement size (i think it use crystal with tension ring)?

Depending on your case material, you either need a PZ5241 (063PZ5241) that comes with a silver tension ring, or PX5241 (063PX5241) with a gold tension ring. The crystal dimensions are D31.62 H4.35.
