OMEGA Genève 166.0125 Parts Advice

Hi guys,
I have an Genève Day Date 166.0125, it is missing the crown and stem, I'm looking to replace these, I think i have found the correct stem (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165096185729?var=466214885358), but am struggling to find the correct crown, would anyone be able to advise?
Case number is: 1660125
Movement is: Calibre 1022

For a steel case, the current crown is 069ST42055.
