Omega from the early 30s - Help for hands set

This nice little Omega (31mm) has arrived today

Case in very good condition.

The well working 26.5

But now I've to look for the correct hands.
Which do you think are the right ones?

Any of the above. I would go with #3, but that's just my personal preference.

It's more important that they are the correct size and will fit the movement as well.

Easier said than done.

There was a watch similar to this one that was sold on a Japanese auction site.
The hands were number 2.
