Hi guys. I created a WTB thread yesterday and found out I've had a couple of replies on the thread without getting a notification. I had to click on "follow". I thought that as the OP, you automatically get notified of replies? Thanks!

You can't reply on the WTB or for sale threads until you read the stickies 馃槜 to see why you can't reply. Every where else you should be able to reply.

I created a FS thread for a Tudor 79280P in the private watch sales section late last night, and this morning it has vanished. Has anyone experienced this issue before, or have any idea what the problem may be?

I did, It was my second FS thread within 24 hours. I had no idea that would be an issue. 馃

Then maybe read the guidelines at the top of the sales subsection, follow them and all will be just peachy.

Having no idea is a common affliction. It can be most easily eliminated by reading the rules stickies at the the beginning of sales forums 馃憤

Hi guys,

For a while now I don't get any alerts. That is, when I'm browsing the forum, I do see the pop up in the left lower corner (you have 1 new alert) but clicking on it, or scrolling up to the right upper corner, reveals no notification. This has been going on for quite some time.

I don't remember changing anything in settings, and I can't find any settings relating to on-site notifications (only e-mail ones). Following or not following threads seems to not influence it.

To be clear, I don't get the red numbered alerts in the upper right corner anymore, not when my posts is quoted, liked, etc.

Any idea what it could be?

This isn't a bug, but it would be nice if the timestamp for the post could be maybe put in the upper right of the post. The current location makes it seem that members who posted in old threads all joined the forum around the same time.

If you need to know how old the member is, as opposed to the post time, just click on the poster's ID.

Perhaps you have received a private message? Click on the envelope symbol...

Nope. For example, no alert that you quoted my post. I seem to remember I did get it in the past.

Hi team of Awesomeness,

First of let me say top forum and site. Great people and photos etc.
I having one of those days where for some reason I cannot add a photo using the old tried and tested way. I hope this is the right thread for my bug hunting. Please move me or direct me if it is not.

Problem desc for [Cannot "add photo"]:
In public/private message
Mobile phone image stored on SD
Source from phone and copied to PC
Image opens on phone and PC fine
Cannot "add photo"

Process
Add photos button
Does the progress bar to 100% and doesn't display the thumbnail as expected
"Insert all" images button missing
"Insert Photo" button missing

Expected
Add Photo button
Select one or more from dialog window
Upload of all images
Thumbnails to be displayed
Insert all and insert individual buttons to display
i.e. Normal process to function


Workaround
Click on filename opens image in new tab
Copy the URL from new tab
Click on menu icon "image"
In popup paste URL
Results in image added (see Lemania below).

And appologies for not being very cleaver or sppelin any good

Looks as if we have a couple of duplicate threads at the moment, WRUW and what did you buy (watches) or is it just me.

Problem still active for me. Please ask any question that can assist me to solve my problem. To that end here is a screanshot of the same fail with above file.

By the way it's not a new purchase or being worn.

However it's an example file that fail to upload as expected. I can proved the original if need.
