Hi everyone,

I'm selling this beautiful Omega Flightmaster ref. 145.013 Caliber 910 from 1969.

Watch is in great working condition, all pushers and bezel work/spin.
Dial turned to a beautiful "cappuccino", sub-dials took on a "chocolate" hue.
The case back seems to be the only part that actually looks more worn, with the Douglas DC-8 engraved into the back still visible though.

Comes with original 1159 bracelet with end pieces 155.

Asking Reduced $4600 USD+shipping.
Wire, Zelle or Wise payment would be appreciated.
Currently located in Tuscany, Italy. Available for F2F in Toscana/Liguria/Emilia-Romagna.

...snip...

the case sunburst finish is in stunning condition, it has never been polished. Very rare to come across one is such wonderful condition.

...snip...

I am sorry to barge in on your for sale post - but someone has to, so a potential buyer can make a informed decision.

The case has obviously been refinished. For instance - the small rim around the plexi had a sunburst finish when leaving the factory whilst this watch has the grain going in one direction. These cases can be a bit wavy in the edge line around the crown and pushers but never as much as this example. Finally - wearing off the details on the caseback but still having full grain?

I am sorry if you have bought this watch under the belief its case is in original condition. But there is no reason for the next owner to.

Thank you for pointing this out. First of I’d like to apologize, I inherited this watch from my dad and I had taken for granted that the watch was unpolished because he usually was very attentive to the timepieces he selected for his collection and my newbie eyes thought this was an untouched case. I also had no idea about how these models left the factory, therefore no idea about the sunburst around the rim of the glass. I have taken information from various websites regarding differences in dials, pushers, colors of the hands, etc. to try to best describe this particular one in the best way possible, due to my lack of knowledge on the piece. I will modify the thread now so that the next owner won’t be sold something different from what’s described. Thank you again for your comment.

Due to my previous lack of knowledge and given that this case has been previously polished to "revive" the sunburst effect, price is reduced to 4600USD+Shipping.
