Thickness of the font, spacing of the logo, spacing of the markers, absence of "SWISS MADE" or "SWISS", length of hands, etc., etc., these are all telltale signs.
View a few thousand of these and it will jump out at you. The few thousand views will be most beautiful and most educational.

 

I personally like how the original minute track was not fully removed...

 

Respectfully to the OP, this couldn't be a better example of an incorrect dial.

 

This model of Omega has zero relevancy if the dial is original or not. The refinished black/blue dial on this model will sell for more than original silver.
