Omega dial mystery - service dial, prototype or oddball?

Hi everyone,
I recently picked up this Omega dial and thought it would be interesting to open a discussion here.
The dial is Omega-signed, with black-outlined lume plots and marked “120”, but the overall layout is very close to the Seamaster 200 ref. 166.068. The obvious inconsistency is the depth rating: 120 instead of 200.
According to the seller (former watchmaker, worked in a Paris atelier, Omega-authorized at the time), the dial came from Swatch Group France as an unused part for a repair that never happened. He believes it’s genuine Omega, possibly:
a service dial
an unfinished / faulty dial (“cadran fauté”)
or some kind of internal / never-catalogued variant
He also mentioned that despite extensive Omega documentation, he never found an official reference matching this exact dial.
So, questions for the hive mind:
Has anyone seen a documented Omega dial like this?
Could Omega have produced a transitional or experimental service dial mixing 120/200 specs?
Any known cases of factory errors escaping destruction?
Or does this scream refinished / aftermarket, despite the Omega provenance?
I didn’t buy it as a purist piece - I simply liked the dial - but I’m curious what the community thinks before choosing the final case and movement.
Looking forward to your thoughts, theories, and rabbit holes 🐇🕰️
Cheers!

In your last pic it looks to be glowing like it has Superluminova lume. Is this the case? If so, it is more modern that you think I suspect.
