Hello,

I would appreciate it if anyone could comment on the originality and date of manufacture of this Omega Deville. I unfortunately don't have a photo of the movement at this time.

Thank you,

Pretty. Have you tried googling the numbers on the back?

Based on the caseback numbers this is what I found:
https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-de-ville-omega-st-165-0033/

It dates from 1967-1972.

I’m a total noob - would there have been different dial variations available within the same reference number? Meaning, the piece I posted should be correct? I am having a hard time finding pictures of the EXACT same watch online (the linen dial).

Thanks.

Yes, various dials were offered. Provided that the movement in your watch is in good condition, which is a reasonable expectation, you have yourself an extremely attractive original watch. The dial is excellent and the case looks to have taken little if any polishing. Congrats on a nice piece. The buckle isn't on any of the pics you posted, I'd be interested to see it if it's an Omega buckle.

Thank you! I am interested to see if it is an Omega branded buckle also. I haven’t received the watch yet... I’ll let you know when it arrives.
