Omega Deville Coaxial Cal 3313 Balance & Escapement Needed

Can anyone advise where I might get the above parts ? I can find the balance but my watchmaker thinks I need the escapement as well. The watch is running but is all over the place and running very fast.

Your watchmaker cannot supply these parts? If not, then he likely doesn't have an Omega parts account, so has he been trained on servicing the co-axial escapement? Does he have the specific tools required for this?

That's new enough that you might as well send it to Omega for service unless your watchmaker is giving you a heck of a deal.
