Looks like a national dial to me. I'm sure some experienced members will be able to tell you what's wrong or right. Stay safe.
I'll tell you what I can see, firstly it is hideous and likely a redial IMO. Secondly it is very small at only ~29mm width, the 625 movement is only 18mm wide and more normally seen in women's watches, though that does have a mans watch case number.
