Omega Cosmic offer: Ask for your opinion :-)

Hello all,

I just stumbled across an Omega Cosmic. Have already asked the seller for a few more photos. I have never dealt with the model before. I have compared with pictures on the internet. Apparently the hand for the date is not correct, at least all watches I have seen have a blue hand. Crown probably not original either. What do you think about the watch? Are original parts still to be found? What can I spend for the watch in good conscience?
