Omega cosmic moonphase date orientation differences

I ran across the link below while researching the Omega cosmic moonphase watch and noticed some have a different orientation of the date ring numbers in various pictures.

The majority of pics I've seen have all the date numbers oriented toward the center while some reverse the orientation for the date numbers between the 3 and 9. Are both correct or is the reverse orientation an indication of a redial?

What I learned when trying to purchase one (unsuccessfully) is that the original ones tend to have the date consistently outward, so upside down at the bottom. Poor water/dust/moisture resistance led to many having dials refurbished. To find an original is needle in a haystack.

Agree with @rootbeer7. The consensus is that there should not be a flip of the orientation of the outside numerals. Funnily enough many of the redialers apparently felt that this was a superiour execution.
