I’ve now seen many examples of proper cosmics and am learning a ton. I still have troubles spotting redials. I recently came up on a case back that had the appropriate printing on it, however it seems to be larger than any I’ve seen before. Wondering if I can get some advice as to whether or not it’s a fake. Thanks!

 

Looks dubious to me, I think laser-reprinted.

 

I really doubt anyone would fake the engraving, and someone will weigh in soon with more specifics. It looks fine as the actual engraving varied over the 10+ years the watches with the "monoque" cosmic cases were made.
The tool mentioned is correct, so not really any reason to believe its a fake
