·My late father’s Omega Constellation on my wrist for the first time. In fact this is the first time I have ever worn a watch! It really is a lovely watch and in great condition. I believe it dates from approximately 1969. It has the 168016 calibre with a 1037 BOR bracelet and 555 end links. It’s just been serviced by Swiss Time Services and they also managed to locate and fit an additional link in the bracelet. Up until now I hadn’t been able to use it as the bracelet was too small. I intend to wear it regularly from now on. If I ’m honest the bracelet still feels a bit tight even with the addition of a new link, although I have noticed that there is a bit more adjustment left on the clasp. If I could move the adjuster even one notch I think that might be enough. Is this something I could do myself?
