Omega Constellation - Unique fake?

Hello!

I'm extremely dense when it comes to watches, but I regularly look for trinkets and bracelets for my wife, and I recently came across this "omega".

I was curious and did some digging, and then couldn't find anything like it in any Omega database, but I also know so little.

I'm assuming it is a fake, is it common for fakes to be completely made up, and not imitating a real watch?
