I recently purchased Omega Constellation at a estate sale. I was in a plastic bag of old gold watches. I new Omega was a good name so I bought it , I only paid $200 Canadian. My question is the dial is different than most I've seen online. It has constallation on the top and omega of the bottom. I love this watch and I'm going to start collecting vintage watches. Any suggestions on this watch I know not to buff the crystal has scratches. Any info will help thanks.

It is a 168.0065. Google it and you will see.

Looks like I spoke too soon! The scrappy text put me off but it does look like the model mentioned above. I didn’t realise the dog legs ran so late.

    What a find! Congrats!
I have always found this dial configuration to be quite intriguing.

So I'm guessing I did well for my first vintage watch.

    My example says hello.

You can see it this article.

BTW, this is not the “last pie-pan”. It is the last pie-pan Constellation model.

Omega brings the pie-pan dial out of mothballs every so often. The lastest being the current Globemaster models.

    Hi there,

You probably should start your own thread to get more reactions.

    Same watch by the way?

Wonderful watch but amazing how we become "tuned" to the norm...I find the text arrangement not balanced.

Being so unique though is probably even more reason to own it.;)
