I have seen other pie pans with numerals indexes 12, 3, 6 and 9 but not with date, is this normal?

I’m guessing this is a rose gold cap watch and the rose medallion looks really odd due to the gold reflection in the stainless case back.

 

The problem is it looks like a snap case back.

Something definitely wrong.
A gold case back of that era should have a brickwork observatory.
And if it is gold the medallion doesn’t match.
No hallmarks in the lugs.
I’d want to see inside the caseback.

I’m thinking that it’s a gold cup and then he plated the back case. I look around and the steal@gold have the same observatory as the one I want to buy
