No doubt that certain dial variations are less common than others. However, this one can be found if you hunt hard enough. The full arabic numeral dial looks like a weird mix of a military and a dress watch.
Arabic number versions of Omegas are most often seen in the UK market. There has been speculation that they were a special order available in the UK only. I had a manual wind Geneve using exactly those ridged applied numerals so they are seen on other series too.
