As @tamura points out, apart from all the other 'tells', the watch dial is spelled 'Costellation'.

Genuine fake....these revolting 'Costellations' have been around for years and are actually very often seen, they must have been produced in large quantities.

Now they do the rounds being passed endlessly from one unsuspecting buyer to the next.
