Omega Constellation Dial refurbished or not?

Hi guys,
an Italian watch seller has this beautiful constellation on sale, but for me the dial is refurbished.
I’m not an expert, but constellation and the others signature seem not original.
He is sure it’s all original and the website where it is published does not accept my error report.
What do u think?

Thanks for your support. I rewrite to ebay and other website (where the watch is on sale) to change the description.
The seller have 20 important watches on sale and I don’t want that a customer will buy this constellation without know that it’s dial is refurbished.
