Hi my friends, I show you my new acquisition, an Omega Constellation. Overall is in good condition, however, the dial have some little marks that seems to be humidity. This marks could be cleaned? Or is better to left the dial untouched? Kind regards.

A untouched dial is always preferable.

To try to make a good dial better often results in making it worse. Leave well enough alone. It is better now than it would be if you had it repainted.

Another vote for leaving it alone.

They say you should only touch a dial if you’re prepared to destroy it. It’s something you only do in desperate cases.

I wouldn't touch it, it looks very nice to me. These rail track dial Connie's seem to be susceptible to that kind of dial aging for some reason. Here's one I owned with similar patina.

Tried this (not on a constellation) but the results were worse than before. From little value the watch went to almost no value plus I resented it so let it go and show it’s age proudly
