Hi, folks, new to the Forum - If anyone is familiar with this model, let me know. I do want to get it back in working order but am not sure if it is worth the effort.

The watch was my father-in-law's and passed down to me and I've for several years. It was running but not anymore. Trying to ID the model # but will not know until I have a certified Omega watch repair / restore facility take a look at it.
I've attached some pictures.
From what I gather this is what I know: Best Guess on age 1970 - 1972.
Omega Constellation Chronometer Electronic F 300 Hz Swiss Made 36 MM
Watch band marking has the Omega symbol on the outer band.
Band has the letters JB in a triangle, Triangle is partially covering the C in the spelling of Champion.
Below that is stamped Stainless Steel and U.S.A below that

Thanks for reading this.

Welcome to the forum.

These f300s can be tricky to service (and hard to find someone who’s able to do them) so if you post your general location, someone may be able to suggest a reliable specialist servicer/repairer although you’ll probably have to post the watch rather than be lucky enough to drop in.

Here in the UK I recently had to pay £300 for a service/repair.

Thanks all for your reply's. Still gathering information but I'm getting closer than I was before.
Just a note Bruce235 - That web site/space has reached end of life and is no longer active.

Hi Folks - Still working on this watch ID. I'm really close and will open the back this week as I broke down and got the tool to open it properly. I live in South Carolina USA. Does anyone know of a reputable person who does repairs / servicing on the Constellation Chronometer Electronic f300Hz?
