I believe the Calendar Constellation reference requires a ‘fat’ hexagonal crown.

I think the comments above are referring to the condition of your watch being less than optimum, with a redialled dial.

·I think what we are saying is not to bother with finding the right crown, as the condition of the watch - inside and out - is not worth any more expenditure. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you did ask.

well yes and no. depends on the situation. if a guy was looking for an affordable project in this watch hobby then why not play with this watch and see what can be done with a bit of time and effort. not everyone has the funds or a lot of nearby choices for resto-projects. I've seen worse. much worse.

The 2943 also came in 2943-3/4 and 5. What's the serial on yours?
I think 25.000 pieces were made of that caliber 504. App.1958/1959.
