Omega Constellation C Shape with 168.005 Reference

Hello there, this is my first ever post and tried my best to find the answer by browsing the forums etc with no luck. I am going to buy an Omega. The watch is Omega Constellation ‘C-Shape” Stainless Steel with the case back reference 168.005 and the movement being Cal 561. In my very limited knowledge the said reference was in round watches not in the c-shape ones? Or is it just my speculation?
