I have an Omega Constellation 368.0855.

1) Whats the process for changing the strap? I would like to put it on a leather strap but it looks like I may need to open the case just to change the strap?

2) Does anyone have photos of what this watch looks like on a strap (or similar). It's hard to find any pictures on the net of this!

Take it to a jewellery store and get them to do it. Unless you have a springbar tool you will scratch it.
