Omega Constellation 35.5mm 368.1201 Legit Check

Hi, Omega fans,
I need some help.
I have the opportunity to purchase an Omega Constellation 368.1201 watch.
The seller sent me these photos.
The movement definitely needs servicing, but before I buy it, I’d like to know if it’s worth the effort.
Are there any red flags based on the photos?
I tried to photograph every detail; please let me know if you think something is wrong with the watch, the movement,case back, or the bracelet. Is it possible that this watch has a serial number starting with 815? Likely its from 2006-2007? Were they still manufacture this type,at that time?
