    Search “Omega Constellation Ultra-Thins of the Sixties and Seventies” and it should lead you to a review by Desmond over at his brilliant website on all things Omega Constellation

    You need to take it to a competent watchmaker as all you need to know is inside the case back, and on the movement itself

    But i wouldnt be surprised if your watch is an ultra thin, and related to the models shown in the review alluded to above
