    My slightly later 1969 18kt 168.029 transition dial has the OM T SWISS MADE T OM evenly spaced, as do the pictures on page 8 on Desmond's Connie C page:

    Your left O looks a tad to the right, while the M is centered under minute hash mark, but maybe it's an illusion from the photo angle, and the letter spacing may be slightly different since mine has The T for lume? But I'm a noob, so what do I know. I'll try to take better photos and post them, but these are all I have now.
    (But your watch also does not seem to have the correct crown.)

    Can't answer your question but I must say these are lovely on the wrist, a really luxurious feel to them.
