I received the watch today. It looks great and the bracelet is already perfectly sized for my wrist. There is no scratch in the crystal.

Considering the overall condition of the watch, I would not be surprised if the case bevel was not refinished, but experts will be able to judge better than I can.

Wow, congrats! Fantastic condition with seemingly no polishing at all and great dial too. Wear it in good health (maybe after a service)!

razor sharp case, big congrats!

here is mine for comparison (original finish but some visible scratches I believe). The chamfers are beyond my capabilities to fotograph.

on another note, I see that you have a crystal with a date lense. Does it have the Omega symbol?

Even nicer to have it with box and papers. Beautiful example. I wonder if the tritium version was an alternative or came in later years.
