When i look at the dial, the 6 marker, I start having questions. Do you have better pictures? If this is legit, it is pretty cool.
I understand what you're saying, and I hadn't noticed. The watch is exactly the same as this one https://watchvintage.co.uk/products...ock-marker-linen-quickset-cal-564-ref-168-018 or this one
The marker may have slightly warped due to age or cleaning, but the details are exactly the same. I think it must be very difficult to make a replica like this. When I can, I'll take pictures of the interior or use a microscope.
This is an interesting video and a great look at the three watches featured. (and they are lovely examples)
However, there is some misleading and missing info.
The .004 he shows is a late version - most steel .004s don't have the brickwork observatory. (unless solid gold)
The .010s and .016/.018 should generally have brickwork observatories on steel and gold cap cases.
(I only say generally because Omega were a bit fast and loose with medallions at the end of the 60s)
Both .004s and .010s can have 561 and 564 movts (the majority of .004s have 561s and the majority of .010s have 564s)
.018s will only have a 564.
There are slight variations to .004 cases, depending on the (at least three, CB, SGR, KB) different manufacturers - in particular the bezel.
.004s and .010s can come with pie-pan and dome dials.
.016s and .018s only come with flat dials.
