Pretty certain the hands have been re-lumed. I'd check on that. Bro.

I need to ask everyone if this is original or has a dial or any issues I need to be aware of.
You asked for comment on any issues. That is what you are getting. I agree that dial is original but sans lume on indices and apparent relume hands. A bit of bubbling of lacquer is common and this is pretty minor.

Hands look to be relumed?
Hands could also have been replaced at some point. But they look correct otherwise.

Case is in much better than average condition, very little polishing, if any.

I suspect that failed seal has let in extra moisture that damaged the dial and original hands.
