My father gifted me his Constellation, which I believe is a 14393-7-SC (based on a morning on google) as you can tell from the photo it was his daily watch for many years! Is it worth getting restored or should I just enjoy as is?

Photo credits to my son (I see there is a forum here for photographing watches as well I shall send him over to check it out)

Just give the movement a service and wear the hell out of it. Great watch!

The case looks decent enough and the dial has acquired a reasonably nice patina over the years.

Personally I'd get the case thoroughly cleaned (not polished) and the movement serviced, leaving the dial as is. The dial is the soul of the watch so getting it repainted or cleaned would be removing the history.
