·Hey folks,
another one that’ll have to leave me as I don’t really get to wear it all that often - the “last Pie Pan”, an uncommon model that was only ever available in Japan.
For those who aren’t familiar with the special story of this ref, may I point you to Desmond’s great article about it:

The Watch
Omega Constellation “Pie Pan”
Reference: 168.0065
Movement: cal. 1011, chronometer certified
Serial: 37282044
Year: 1973
Case: 34mm stainless steel with dogleg lugs
Dial: silver-white sunburst pie pan dial. SS furniture, onyx insert markers, applied Omega logo
Extras: Your choice of brown shark skin or black calf leather strap, correct Omega clasp, Omega box (not model-specific) with outer cardboard box
Condition
Dial & Hands: Original dial in very, very good shape. Minute residue that I only saw on the enlarged pictures. All the writing is perfectly intact, indices and hands without any visible aging.
Case: Original 34mm stainless steel case in good, sharp condition. Very light scratches on the lugs, nothing deep or significant. I’m not one for polishing, if you like they could be polished away easily, though. Case back with the original brushing, constellation medallion is sharp and fully intact.
Crown: Original Omega crown which is correct for the ref. Omega-logo on the crown clearly visible.
Crystal: Original crystal, minute scratches.
Movement: Original cal. 1011 automatic in clean condition. It sets and winds well and keeps very good time. Technically, service history is unknown, but the previous owner, whom I know and trust, had it serviced a couple of month ago by someone he’s acquainted with. There’s no written proof of that, so take it for what it’s worth, but in my possession it has constantly run with ~+5-10s/day on the wrist and shown an amplitude of ~280-290, which sounds very healthy to me. Some signs of rotor wear from before a service, the problem has been taken care of. Date jumps over crisply, quick set and hacking second work a treat.
Strap: Both the brown shark skin and the black calf leather strap are brand new, your choice. The Omega buckle will be included either way.
Box: It’s a non-model specific box, as far as I’m aware, that I believe is from around the era of the watch. It’s in great condition and I’m happy to include it if you like.
Seller Reviews
Plenty reviews available here, but either my username is too short to use the search function for that or I’m not handling the forum software eloquently enough, which is entirely possible. Anyway:
