Hi everyone first thanks you all
then as I said I made a poker move. So I still need wait to receive the watch.
I hope not a sausage !
As soon I get it I will send.
I keep explore every corner now.
I barely read something like

I believe there is another number before the first "7", perhaps an 8? The case serial number should have seven digits.

Thanks for the heads up Tex.

In fact I think @Tire-comedon would be the right person to answer this (difficult!) quiz.

I guess it’s late 1920s - and if so could be one of several calibres (such as 19.4, 23.7, 26.5), depending on size. We’ll see when you receive it and can show the movement.

I will for sure, I just hope don't find a 233-66 cupillard on this one 🙏 even I will can re-use the movement.
Just now waiting for the package 4-5 days.. then I will share the inside of this watch, hopefully survived whit his own story inside...
A poker move.. nobody wanted to buy it at 60.. poor picture. The watch look dirty, I say poker move because at 60 nobody buy, probably they all think it's a sausage, a fake, a frankenstein or whatever... but there you can feel the beauty hide behind..
This watch are like humans.. need someone love to be alive again..

So OFF COURSE 😊I will show you all the result, the inside and the before after

How large? Two hands. Not sure what that movement shape is called, but perhaps a 244 caliber

Looks small. Ladies watch? Maybe a caliber 210/11/12/13.

Guess we'll have to wait.

Only 3-4 sleep before find out !

I appreciate all of ur dedication, knowledge and curiosity.

Already recommended this forum to a friend instead of one other, where people look more likely to show off what expensive watch they have but not truly have interest if smaller piece..

So thanks 😊

Let's find out

I would bet for a ref MI 3608 with caliber R13.5 inside.
Here in a 1940 caliber (then the serial should be in the 9 million range rather than in the 7 million range) :

The R13.5 caliber in the same catalog :

This one looks like a steel version of ref OJ3671 from the same period. Here in the same 1940 catalog :
