Hi, I've recently purchased this unusual Omega Chronostop Drivers Watch. From what I can tell, Omega only made the Driver in a 35 mm case, with "Geneve" on the dial, ref 145.010. They also made an almost identical larger normally aligned Seamaster, ref. 145.007 in a 41mm case with "Seamaster" on the dial. Now the one I have has the Seamaster case back, is 41 mm and is a Drivers, aligned with 9 o'clock at the top of the watch and has "Geneve" on the dial! Any information or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
