Hi everyone, I have a problem with a chronostop date cal.920, the second hand mechanism doesn't work as it should. As you press the pusher the hand starts running properly but when you re-push the button (WITHOUT releasing it) the hand turns to zero just as it should do by releasing the pusher. Some of you expert could help me finding the problem? Is it some spring that has jumped off? Some of you can put a photo of the movement with the part that needs to be checked because I can't open the watch as I'm not a watchmaker. Thank you.

    Best regards

Most likely the part called the "stem bolt for hammer" has broken in 2 pieces. It's an inexpensive part, but often when I have a watch come in with one of these broken I can't locate both halves of the part without taking the whole watch movement apart. This could be a simple fix if both parts can be located easily, or it could require a full service.

    Cheers, Al
