Omega chronometre constellation calendar. What’s it worth?

Hi Everyone, I came across this omega constellation locally and trying to see if it’s all original and what would be the best market value for this model. It’s running good. TIA

I’m guessing it’s gold capped bezel with stainless steel back.

This watch is a marriage of two Constellation models. The dial and movement are from ref. 2943, while the rest of the parts are from ref. 2852.

The medallion does not seem to be particularly attractive either - in addition to the fact that all eight stars should be clearly visible, while only six are here.

That makes total sense now! When I was trying Google image search, it brought me results of solid gold case 2943 with same dial. Guessing someone scrapped the gold case and recased the movement and dial to this 2852 case. Appreciate it. Thanks again.
