Having here a fine example of the Chrono-stop, which is a monopusher chronograph, and this one specifically is known as the driver version of the Chronostop. The dial is rotated to position 3, so while you are driving and your hands are on the wheel, you do not need to turn your wrist to see what is the time . Case is around 34, 35mm w/o crown.
