The risk of the seller having changed that date on the card is small after all, and it does not look tampered with. What makes you so suspicious that he has?

You are putting yourself through a lot of unnecessary stress. You’ve done your due diligence as far as you reasonably can. So if you’ve got a price you are happy with, buy the watch and start enjoying it!
You are not wrong with the stress thing. Never bought on line before so want to dot the I's and cross the T's. The one thing he is evasive on is where the watch was bought in Paris , this could be a 2018 and not the 2022 he is saying, was looking to by a Dark side Alinghi but he would not give me any serials number until I payed for it, like thats going to happen

Not everyone is suited to buy expensive watches online, sometimes they can't get over the trust hump. No crime in that. If the card's date is bothering you you may have to let it pass and look for another deal somewhere else. To me the date normally doesn't mean much, but it might in this case. (BTW, the full serial number is visible on the movement in your picture.)

Is this being sold as a brand new watch? There are scratches on the lug showing poor workmanship from a prior strap change, and it looks to me like the strap is cracked and damaged and needing replacement. That would send red signals to me on a watch supposedly less than nine months old. This would be a pass for me for those reasons.

Gives a date of 24-03-2022 as date of purchase which I don't trust and good call cause did not notice scratches, have got full corresponding serial numbers. This was to replace my 2015 Breitling 1461 which looked like new when I sold it, think I need to take closer look as these nearly new watches

The watch is fine; it appears your not ready to make the purchase; let it go; be well.
